Party Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pint half & half
  • ⅔ pound American Cheese
  • 4 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 small container Sour Cream
  • 2 packages of Potatoes O’Brien

Directions

  1. Melt creams, cheeses and butter over low heat.
  2. Pour mixture over Potatoes O’Brien in baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top turns brown and bubbling.
