Ingredients
- 1 pint half & half
- ⅔ pound American Cheese
- 4 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 1 small container Sour Cream
- 2 packages of Potatoes O’Brien
Directions
- Melt creams, cheeses and butter over low heat.
- Pour mixture over Potatoes O’Brien in baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top turns brown and bubbling.
