Meatballs


Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
  • ¾ dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup salad oil

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except salad oil.
  2. Shape by rounded tablespoonfulss into balls.
  3. In large skillet, cook meatballs in oil about 20 minutes.
