Ingredients
- 1½ pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
- ¾ dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup salad oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except salad oil.
- Shape by rounded tablespoonfulss into balls.
- In large skillet, cook meatballs in oil about 20 minutes.
