Ingredients
- 6 white onions
- 6 cups water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
- Seasoned croutons
- Provolone cheese
Directions
- Sauté onions until clear.
- Heat water, bouillon, wine and Worcestershire sauce; add pepper to taste.
- Add onions to mix and simmer for 2-3 hours.
- Top bowl of soup with croutons and Provolone cheese.
