Ingredients
- 2 cans (11¼ ounces each) condensed green pea soup
- 2 cans (11 ounces each) condensed bisque of tomato soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 2 cups light cream (20%)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cans (5 ounces each) lobster meat, drained and broken apart
- ⅓ cup dry sherry*
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except lobster meat and sherry in large saucepan.
- Beat with rotary beater; heat through.
- Stir in lobster meat and sherry; heat through.
* If desired, omit sherry and add ⅓ cup milk.
