Lobster Bisque


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (11¼ ounces each) condensed green pea soup
  • 2 cans (11 ounces each) condensed bisque of tomato soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 2 cups light cream (20%)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cans (5 ounces each) lobster meat, drained and broken apart
  • ⅓ cup dry sherry*

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except lobster meat and sherry in large saucepan.
  2. Beat with rotary beater; heat through.
  3. Stir in lobster meat and sherry; heat through.

* If desired, omit sherry and add ⅓ cup milk.
