Guacamole Soup


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe medium avocados
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2½ teaspoons seasoned salt
  • Dash red pepper sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped

Directions

  1. Cut avocados lengthwise into quarters.
  2. Remove pits and peel.
  3. Blend avocado, water and milk in blender until smooth.
  4. Add lemon juice, seasoned salt and red pepper sauce; mix thoroughly.
  5. Fold tomato into soup; chill thoroughly.

Note: No blender? Press avocado through sieve. Gradually beat in water, milk and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in seasonings and tomato.
