Ingredients
- 2 ripe medium avocados
- 1½ cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2½ teaspoons seasoned salt
- Dash red pepper sauce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions
- Cut avocados lengthwise into quarters.
- Remove pits and peel.
- Blend avocado, water and milk in blender until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, seasoned salt and red pepper sauce; mix thoroughly.
- Fold tomato into soup; chill thoroughly.
Note: No blender? Press avocado through sieve. Gradually beat in water, milk and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in seasonings and tomato.
