Ingredients
- 1½ cups tomato juice
- 1 beef bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped unpared cucumber
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops red pepper sauce

Directions
- Heat tomato juice to boiling.
- Add bouillon cube; stir until dissolved.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except accompaniments; chill several hours.
- Serve with accompaniments: herbed croutons and about ⅓ cup each chopped tomato, unpared cucumber, green pepper and onion.
