Crumb Crusts


Ingredients

Name Crumbs Sugar Butter Bake
Graham Cracker 8in 1¼ cups (about 16 crackers) 2 tablespoons ¼ cup, melted 350 degrees, 10 minutes
Graham Cracker 9in 1½ cups (about 20 crackers) 3 tablespoons ⅓ cup, melted 350 degrees, 10 minutes
Graham Cracker 10in 1¾ cups (about 24 crackers) ¼ cup ½ cup, melted 350 degrees, 15 minutes
Cookie 9in* 1½ cups ¼ cup, melted 350 degrees, 10 minutes

*(vanilla or chocolate wafers or gingersnaps)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter.
  3. If desired, reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons crumb mixture for topping.
  4. Press remaining mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and side of pie pan.
  5. Bake as directed in the chart above.
  6. Cool.
