Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon celery salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 3½ cups milk
- 1⅓ cups instant mashed potato puffs (dry)
Directions
- Heat butter, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk to scalding.
- Stir in potato puffs; continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly. (Soup should be consistency of heavy cream.)
- If desired, garnish each serving with paprika and parsley.
