Chocolate Decorators’ Icing


Directions

  1. Melt 1 ounce unsweetened choclate and 1 teaspoon butter or margarine over hot water.
  2. Remove from heat; blend in 1 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar and 1 tablespoon hot water.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. If necessary, add hot water, a teaspoonful at a time, until of desired consistency.

Note: A canned chocolate frosting can be substituted for the Chocolate Decorators’ Icing.
