Ingredients
- 1 package (13.5 ounces) wild blueberry muffin mix
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups (2¾ inches in diameter).
- Drain blueberries; rinse and set aside.
- Blend egg and milk.
- Stir in muffin mix (dry) just until blended.
- Batter should be lumpy.
- Fold in blueberries and nuts.
- Fill muffin cups ½ full.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
- Immediately remove from pan.
